Made from slow growing Mountain Ash that has this really rare dark large heartwood.
This reconnector shows both the light and the dark wood together. It is solid for its weight and fits into any small to large hand.

About the project : Reconnectors is an art project reconnecting people with trees and trees with people. They are meant to be held close and the calming effect of wood will appear.
Hundreds of people on all continents own one. Having one you will be part of a large community that is reconnected.
They are all shaped with an axe, knife and sometimes a chisel.
